Course Objectives:

Course Description: MToP is an intensive yearlong training program in ToP methods for those wishing to significantly increase their skills in group facilitation. MToP promises to deepen and increase your ease and enjoyment of using ToP methods. MToP provides a variety of ways to apply each of the core ToP methods. The program provides both a theoretical foundation and opportunities for practice and feedback. In MToP, you will co-learn together in a supportive community that continues long after MToP ends. The faculty for MToP is composed of mentor trainers who successfully use these methods across the country. MToP enables you to complete the core competencies required to become a Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF).
