Virtual ToP Facilitation Methods

Today’s Challenge
Globalization and economic factors are driving organizations to collaborate virtually. Yet keeping people engaged over the telephone is extremely challenging. Participants multi-task, and progress creeps at a snail’s pace.

Solution

Productive virtual teams deliver results on time and on budget. Learn to facilitate engaging virtual meetings, where participants exchange ideas, manage projects and solve problems.

Facilitate Engaging Virtual Meetings That Get Results
The ToP Virtual Facilitation Methods Course is an experiential learning laboratory where participants develop competency as virtual facilitators by designing and facilitating virtual meetings in small groups. We use accelerated learning methods which focus on the learner as a whole person and dramatically increase learning.

You Will Learn To...

• Use a range of virtual collaboration tools, from free, to low cost, to maximally robust.

• Facilitate virtual ToP Focused Conversations, Consensus Workshops, and Action Planning.

• Design virtual meetings to exchange information, manage projects, solve problems and make decisions.

• Apply best practices which build high levels of trust and engagement.
Pre-requisite Course

• Calm your fears about selecting technology and managing technological challenges.
