 
During these two days you will learn and practice the core methods developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, the Focused Conversation and the Consensus Workshop, and the Action Planning Process – an example of a process design using both of these methods. ToP Facilitation Methods is taught by two mentor MNToP Trainers, each of whom brings extensive experience in using and teaching the ToP Methods locally and internationally.
YES! Participants are given the opportunity to work individually and in small groups to see the ToP Methods in action and then be given the opportunity to practice facilitating with these approaches. You will be asked to select real world needs for facilitation from your work or community. The Participants Manual is an invaluable life resource, with step-by-step planning tools and references for future use.. In addition to all of this, trainers will be available to you after the course to help bring ToP approaches into your environment.
