ToPMethods Work
30 countries. Hundreds of facilitators. Dozens of courses. One dream.
...Participation.

Learn from the experts about what works best for them, and you: ToP® Methods.

MNToP GlobalCERTIFIED TOP® FACILITATORS (CTF)
The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) certifies advanced facilitators who demonstrate competence in the
use and understanding of ICA’s Technology of Participation® methods. Dozens of expert facilitators have been certified worldwide using a consistently applied competency model that supports and extends the standard set by IAF. Training programs in 7 countries equip facilitators with the skills needed to obtain ToP® certification. Coaching and mentoring programs stretch individual competency to new levels.

TECHNOLOGY OF PARTICIPATION®APRIL 2009
PART OF A GLOBAL NETWORK

Most of the 30 countries with an indigenous Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) focus on locally appropriate community development initiatives. ICA’s grass-roots, whole- system approach to community development helps people make a real difference in their own lives. This kind of real life experience has been the
source and inspiration for creating ToP® Methods since the 1950s. When you take a course with ICA to meet your needs as a facilitator, you are also contributing to global initiatives like village development and early childhood education in India, or HIV prevention in Africa, or youth leadership in USA and Canada. So learn new methods, deepen your understanding, get certified AND ... feel good about it. ®
