We are pleased to introduce a representative number of ToP facilitators who answered our invitation to join this website. They are all exploring ToP approaches in their own practices, and represent private, government, not-for profit and independant consulting client bases.
Anyone of these facilitators might be a great starting place for ‘further questions’ about what individuals have done with ToP training, where they are applying it, or to find a ‘tea m mate’ in a facilitation project. You may notice that several are from out of state – these folks are participants in our year-long Mastery Program (MToP)…and would love more ‘Minnesota’ opportunities.
We stand by all of these colleagues, have worked with them on projects, and are delighted to know of the innovation and transformative results that are happening because of them.
Certification Assessment events are held bi-annually or as needed in Minnesota. A monthly Certification ‘Cohort’ gathers as an optional support mechanism for each certification journey, and the Mastery of ToP Facilitation year-long program is intended to be a support for those on the Certification track.

Jonathan Bucki has worked with a variety of collaborations, organizations and community groups to build their capacity to respond effectively to the reality of their customers. He seeks to adapt cutting-edge ideas and applications and make them appropriate and effective for each organization. As a trainer and facilitator, Jonathan brings an energetic, creative and humorous spirit to his work. Jonathan has co-designed training's for individual organizations as well as collaborative efforts who wish to increase their effectiveness. He co-developed "Thrivival", a training simulation that creates experiential learning to build results-driven organizations.
Jonathan holds a B.A. degree in Health, Faith, and Ethics from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN. He also attended L'lnstitut Protestant de Theologie, Faculte de Theologie Protestante in Montpellier, France.
