MNToP Facilitating Conciliation:
___________Beyond Problem Solving

Our society is crying for alternatives tothe adversarial approach of dealing with disputes. Resolving conflict with a different form of conflict does not work. Negotiating from bases of power and fi xed positions deepens the divide and expands the problem. The best and most lasting solutions and resolutions are those created by the people directly involved.
