MNToP ToP Champions

The Minnesota Technology of Participation "Champions Award" annually honors persons or organizations who initiated a transformation in their work environment and practices through use of participatory facilitative approaches.  25 ToP Regions in the U.S. identify and celebrate these ‘champions, promoting work that reflects the values of profound respect and inclusive participation, approaches that allow groups to step into the void of no predetermined outcome, and reflect a stance of effective facilitative leadership.
